1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the e2det platform and all related services ("Services"). The rights and responsibilities of both e2det ("we", "our", "Platform") and the user ("you", "member", "player") are set out in this document.

Key Definitions

Platform: The collective term for e2det's website, mobile version, and all digital services.

Account: A member's registered personal profile through which all platform services can be accessed.

Bet / Wager: A financial stake placed on any game or sports market on e2det.

Bonus: Additional balance or benefits granted for promotional purposes, withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply together with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the e2det platform. Opening an account and using the services is permitted only for those aged 21 and above. Documents may be requested at any time to verify your age. Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected using the same device, IP address, or payment method, e2det reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the funds.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Members must notify e2det immediately of any changes to their information. Registering with incorrect or false information is considered a serious breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify e2det support immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Log out after every session.
• Do not click on phishing or fraudulent links.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. e2det is not liable for unauthorized access unless it results from a security flaw on the platform's own end.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the e2det platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Once a deposit is credited to your account, it is immediately available for betting.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to one that is verified on the account.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, the relevant transaction will be cancelled and the account will be placed under investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

e2det offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses can only be used on designated games — the list of eligible games will be stated in the promotional notification.
• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• The bonus validity period is generally 30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.

e2det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time. Details of current offers can be found in the promotions section of the platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on e2det are accepted in accordance with the current rules and conditions displayed on the platform. A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is identified on the platform's part.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game or bet is affected by a server error, game software fault, or connection failure, e2det may void that round and refund the stake. Any winnings obtained through an error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or its rules change, e2det will settle bets according to its established rules. In the event of any dispute over an event's result, e2det's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2det platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Threatening or harassing platform staff or members.
• Providing false or misleading information.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by e2det

e2det reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, a money laundering investigation, or legal obligations. If a member is found innocent after investigation, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance returned.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting e2det support. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account. Any bonus with incomplete wagering will be forfeited at the time of account closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — members will be notified by email before the account becomes inactive.

9 Responsible Gaming

e2det is firmly committed to responsible gaming as a safe and reliable platform. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never become a source of problems.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You can take a cooling-off break from the platform for a specified period.
• A permanent self-exclusion request can be made through support.
• Using parental control software to prevent those under 21 from accessing the platform is recommended.

10 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the e2det platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property law. Members may view platform content for personal and non-commercial use, but copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is protected by their respective intellectual property rights, and the terms of the relevant provider apply.

11 Limitation of Liability

The e2det platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e2det is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or device failure.
• Errors or malfunctions in third-party game software.
• Losses resulting from the use of unauthorized third-party platforms.
• Cyber attacks or hacking — though e2det ensures the highest security standards, including SSL encryption.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Under no circumstances will e2det's total liability exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the past 30 days.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology to keep your data and financial transactions secure. Your information is never sold or rented to third parties.

13 Changes to Terms

e2det reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
